I Am: A Book of Reminders is exactly what the title states – REMINDERS. This book is full of reminders for a child to say out loud. The purpose is to remind a child of just how wonderful they are and to build self-esteem and self-worth.  Purchase Here.

There are several important reminders such as I Am Strong, I Am Confident, I Am Funny, I Am Creative and many more. Each page has a very creative picture to match the reminder. The illustrations are colorful and do a wonderful job to express the importance of the reminder.

I Am: A Book of Reminders is an excellent book to read aloud. This book is recommended for ages Baby through 4 years, but it is a read that any age will enjoy.

The author, Juana Medina, was born in Bogota, Columbia and has written several books for children. Juana, as a child, did not feel confident in herself. She hopes that by saying “I Am” will help others to be reminded of the strength and power each one holds.
