listing of what you need to do during this 30 day period in order to
succeed. Each day has a journal where you can list your meals
for the day. There is a chart to keep track of your exercise
and the time spent on each activity. The last chart is to keep
track of your lifestyle.
Dr. Schwartz has written a very
comprehensive, informative book. There are samples of what
your diet should include each day and she is also specific on the
supplements you need to take while on this program. She also
gives you ideas as to how to exercise. There are some recipes
included and a list of hormonal friendly and unfriendly foods.
In case you have come across a word in this book and you weren't
quite sure of the meaning, she has even included a glossary.
This book is well written and is easy to understand. As usual,
